New Brand & Website Launch: Red Gate, LLC
The Client
Red Gate, LLC is a business and real estate consultancy founded in McAllen, TX in 2024 by Vikram Kondapavuluru, a Texas real estate broker with two decades of experience closing deals with clients including Walmart, H-E-B, and city governments across Hidalgo and Cameron counties.
Red Gate extends that same brokerage discipline — identifying value, negotiating terms, closing cleanly — into general business consulting, opening the firm’s expertise to clients beyond real estate alone.
The Challenge
A brand-new consultancy needed a credible, professional presence from day one — no legacy site or existing brand to build on. The challenge was establishing immediate authority for a single-founder firm entering a crowded consulting space.
The site also had to translate two decades of real-estate deal-making credibility into a broader “general business consulting” positioning without diluting either — and do it with a visual identity distinctive enough to stand apart from typical local consultancy sites.
Our Solutions
We built Red Gate’s site from scratch — a five-page static build (Home, About, Services, Track Record, Contact) with a custom brand identity centered on an animated SVG “gate” motif, echoing the name and the “we hold the keys” positioning. An editorial serif headline typeface gives the brand a confident, upscale tone that reads as consultancy, not just brokerage.
Scope included: Full site design and development, custom animated SVG brand graphic, PHP-based contact form, complete on-page SEO and schema markup, and AI/answer-engine (AIO) optimization to position Red Gate for both traditional search and emerging AI-search discovery.
The result: a polished, credible digital presence that establishes Vikram’s real estate pedigree while opening the door to broader consulting engagements across the Rio Grande Valley.
