RETAINER OVERVIEW
Kennedy Media Group offers payment options to best suit the scale of your project. Our retainers hours make life simple with less paperwork and streamlined billing…best of all you can lock in your hours with us and make sure your project gets the attention it deserves.
RETAINER CONTRACT:
Some of our retainer packages include Free/unbilled hours so be sure to check this out when making a decision on the best package for your project. In addition, under our retainer agreement, you will keep the same hourly rate for as long as you are a customer and remain under contract. So, in the event that our hourly rate increases, you still continue to receive the same lower rate.
WE OFFER THE FOLLOWING RETAINER OPTIONS:
- 10 hours – $1000.00
- 20 hours – $2000.00
- 30 hours – $2800.00 + receive 2 FREE/ Unbilled Hours ($200 Savings)
- 60 hours – $5500.00 + receive 5 FREE/ Unbilled Hours ($500 Savings)
- 90 hours – $8000.00 + receive 10 FREE/ Unbilled Hours ($1000 Savings)
We can perform website design and maintenance, graphic design services, consulting, pay-per-click (PPC) setup, social media management, email account setup, email template development, campaign development, and many of our other web/ graphic design-related services.
- Length of Contracts: 12 months or when hours are exhausted, auto-renew available
- Contracted Hours: Minimum of 10
- Minimum Billed Increment: 1 hour on-site, .25 hour off-site
- Billed Rate: $100.00 per hour
- Method of Payment: Paid in advance upon signing. Itemized statements will be provided monthly to show usage
PAYMENT FOR RETAINER SERVICES:
The retainers contract is written granting the client a certain number of hours within a year at the current rate of $100.00 per hour. Clients must pay the amount in full at the time of the contract signing. As services are used, the time is deducted from the pre-paid retainer.
Payment is required in full upon contract signing or if the retainers is on auto-renew before the last 5 hours are used in the previous contract. We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, company checks, and of course cash. If paying by check, please make it payable to Kennedy Media Group.
UNUSED RETAINER HOURS:
We make every effort to keep our clients aware of the status of their retainer contract. However, it is the responsibility of the client to use the hours within the twelve-month time frame. Hours that are not used are forfeited. Clients that let their contracts lapse will lose their lock on contract rates. In the event a new contract is signed, the client will be subject to the current retainer rate and terms.
